We have weekly maintenance on the property
Pool service is usually on Monday and Friday
(Twice per week)
Pest control is once a month (might be random)
Lawn care is weekly on usually Thursdays unless it is raining
Garbage pick Up is on Tuesdays and Thursdays …please leave bins on curb
Everything is inventoried prior to every new guests arrival ..a thorough video is taken of the premises inside and outside the house
Smoking is only permitted outside
Propane tanks and bbq
Gas tanks and bbq grill are provided but must be refilled by guests (at there expense)
If leftover gas is available please feel free to use free of charge

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
