The back of the property is surrounded by a 6ft fence for complete privacy and security. **Please make sure gates are locked at all times** The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras for your safety and protection. You will have full access to the entire home. In addition, you will have access to a washer, dryer, clean sheets, hairdryer, iron, and dishwasher in our home! This home has a large Amazing pool. The backyard has a chef’s kitchen many seats and 2 lounge chairs; a long table, good for the entire family, as well as a 65-inch tv. The Pool comes with LED lighting, which allows you to change the color of the pool. There is also a LED sign by the pool for photos and your enjoyment. This outdoor patio is a chef’s kitchen. It includes an outdoor propane gas GRILL, underneath a pergola for seating, shade, and eating! ** We DO NOT allow parties at our home, and quiet hours begin after 10 pm outside. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level *** STRICTLY ENFORCED *** This spacious house is located in the heart of Miami. The house includes an Amazing Pool, Chef’s kitchen with an outdoor grill, pool table, Wireless Internet, Smart TV, and outdoor seating. Golfing The backyard design is a golfer's dream as it includes a 4 hole putting green. The driveway fits 5 cars, 1 RV & 1 car, or 1 truck towing a boat & 1 car. The Internet: The house is equipped with WiFi. There are 4 Smart TVs in the house. There is 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom, 1 in the bunk bedroom, and 1 outside in the patio area. The Bedroom Arrangements: There are 3 bedrooms on the property The one master suite has a king-size bed with a view of the pool. There is an en-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large closet and a tv for your entertainment. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a view of the pool. There is also a tv in this room for your entertainment. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed with a view of the putting green and outdoor kitchen. . Every bedroom is furnished with high-quality mattresses and pillows, Smart TVs, night and daylight, closets, cabinets, high-quality linens, and towels. The Kitchen and Dining: The beautiful chef’s kitchen has everything you need to make a quick snack or a 5-course gourmet meal. Dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and appliances, including a dishwasher (we provide the detergent), are all provided in this well-equipped kitchen. There is a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and microwave in the kitchen as well as a huge refrigerator with a freezer. Outside Chef’s Kitchen: There is a large luxury dining area outside, which includes a granite dining table that comfortably seats 12; as well as an outdoor area suitable for a big group. The Common areas: 2 spacious family and playrooms with TV, comfortable couches, and a Pool table. Open space chef’s kitchen is equipped with tableware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and oven. Guest access This home has a large amazing pool. The backyard has many seated lounge areas; a long table, good for the entire family, as well as a Golf, putting green. The pool comes with LED lighting, which allows you to change the color of the pool. There is also a LED sign for a photo opportunity. Violating this rule will result in an additional fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 🎉 No Events or Unauthorized Guests ( without authorization ) Events, large gatherings, or bringing extra guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee. 🏊 Pool Use & Safety Pool Cleaning: The swimming pool is serviced every Monday via the side gate. The pool company has a key to access the backyard to clean the pool. There is a second Cleaning done on Thursday or Friday. Pool Heater: Must be requested in advance. Additional charges apply. Use at Your Own Risk: There is no lifeguard on duty. Please use caution while swimming. Children should never be left unattended near the pool. 🌳 Outdoor Environment Our outdoor spaces are maintained regularly, but due to Florida's natural surroundings, leaves and debris may accumulate. A perfectly leaf-free yard cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best to maintain a clean and inviting space. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 🛏️ Furnishings & Property Use This is a vacation rental home, and while we take the upkeep of our property and furnishings seriously, normal wear and tear is expected. Rest assured, all amenities will be clean, maintained, and fully functional for your use during your stay. 🐜 Insect Precautions Florida’s sub-tropical climate may attract bugs or critters. The property is treated regularly by a licensed pest control service. Please keep doors closed to reduce the chance of bugs entering. You may occasionally see dead bugs, which simply means the treatment is working. This is not a sign of infestation. 🧴 Toiletries and pantry items such as salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided. Please bring any personal or cooking essentials you may need for your stay. 🛏️ Bunk Bed Safety If your room includes bunk beds, please use them with caution. Guests assume all risks associated with their use. 🔇 Quiet Hours & Parking Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful of noise to ensure a peaceful experience for neighbors and future guests. Parking: Only use designated areas. Do not block driveways or park on grass. 🛠️ Damages & Liability The property is documented and inspected before each guest’s arrival. Any damage to the home, furnishings, or appliances—or excessive cleaning required after your departure—will result in additional charges. The owners and managers are not liable for any harm that may result from the use of the premises.
