South Beach 5.3 miles away. Very convenient to Barry , FIU North and Johnson Wales colleges. East of Federal hwy , the bay is at the end of the street. Beach fifteen minutes away, Airport -fifteen minutes. Ten minutes to Wynwood, Bal Harbour. Very quiet neighborhood. The Studio Apartment is pretty close to everything. Commented on many times in the past guest reviews. From our great beaches, to Wynwood, Downtown even South Beach. Guests not here strickly for our Miami sun have toured *The Ancient Spanish Monastery *Viscaya *High end shopping at Bal Harbour and the Design District *Outlet mails- you do need a car on the west side of Miami-30 minutes. *We have great Art Galleries - Perez Art Musuem, the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami is great. Also a fun little Parisian resturant near by Cafe' Creme. Great French Bake goods too- on 125th Street. For Sun- We like North beach. For active sports Haulover Beach has tons of alternative water activites. Also our Clothing option beach is located in a section of the Haulover. There are great interesting resturants you can walk to from the Paris Apartment. Whole Foods, Aldi and Publix a five minute drive from the Apartment The electronic Guest book- also lists recomended Miami local spots that guests do visit when staying at the Studio. Miami is a tropical paradise. On occasion you will encouter insects. Besides sunscreen , insect lotion is not a bad idea to pack. A recent review from a great guest. From the time of booking to the time of checkout, Scott was an absolutely fantastic host! The studio was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. We arrived late and Scott was kind enough to leave us some special cookies and put some lights on for our arrival. The parking situation was ideal also. Everything we could have needed for a super fun weekend getaway! Absolutely 5 stars!! A great central point to explore Miami. Just a bridge away from our great beaches. Easy Bus access if needed. Miami does have its new Brighline Train- you can catch the train downtown Miami and do a day trip to Boca Raton or Palm Beach. Two guests took the Brightline had a great lunch at Restoration hardware and were back to Miami the same day. Easy access- Uber, Lyft also Active Bus route nearby. Easy access to Biscayne Blvd.. Guest's reviews comment the local is very central in Miami. Most do rent cars and you have a off street assigned parking spot for the Paris Apartment. This tucked in neighborhood is east of Biscayne Blvd. Biscyane Blvd is a main artery for Miami- you can turn south and end up in downtown Miami or turn right and eventually end up in New York :) You will find your neighbors walking their dogs . You can see the Bay at the end of the block and Million dollar homes replacing the orginal waterfront residents. While you cannot Access Biscayne Bay here, you can view the Beach skyline. There are Walkable resturants nearby. And less than a five minute drive to Whole Foods, Aldis or Publix grocery stores. Being this is Florida- please do keep the exterior closed to keep any Miami bugs outside. Do take a look at the reviews to get a better feel of the Paris apartment. There are great walkable local resturants as well as a nice neighbor hood if you are up for a walk. Our Biscayne Bay is at the end of your street.
