At times, one or more machines may be temporarily unavailable. 🏊 Pool / Hot Tub Use at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty) Children must be supervised at all times Cleaning Schedule: Monday Thursday or Friday Pool team accesses the backyard via the side gate—no interaction needed. Pool Heater: Must be requested in advance (additional fee applies) Do Not Touch Pool Equipment Tampering with equipment will result in a fine. 🌳 Outdoor Environment Due to Florida’s natural environment, leaves and debris may accumulate between cleanings. We maintain the space regularly but cannot guarantee a completely leaf-free yard. 🐜 Insect Notice Florida’s tropical climate may result in occasional bugs. The home is professionally treated. Seeing an occasional dead bug is normal and indicates treatment is working. Please keep doors closed. 🛏️ Property Use Furniture and amenities are maintained and cleaned regularly Normal wear and tear is expected in a vacation home Do not move or disconnect electronics or appliances 🧴 Essentials Starter supplies are provided only.
