This bright and spacious house features 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom has one bed—one full, two queens and one king—all mattresses are soft and comfortable with crisp white sheets, and plush comforters for the ultimate restful night’s sleep. Step outside to your own private tropical oasis with a large pool. Enjoy views of the canal where you will find beautiful birds, fish, turtles and if you're lucky a manatee swimming by—a serene setting reserved just for you and your family during your stay. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV.'s. The outdoor grill is perfect for relaxing meals, while laundry facilities and parking for up to 3 cars add convenience. We provide fresh towels, crisp linens, and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils to make your stay effortless. As your hosts, our goal is to ensure you experience and enjoy every wonderful aspect of Miami during your visit. We pride ourselves on making your experience as relaxing and seamless as possible. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on TUESDAY to maintenance the property. POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool maintenance company comes every Thursday morning to service the pool. GARBAGE: The County removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide garbage bins on the front of the house. If you are staying during those days please place any used garbage bins at the front of the driveway. Please return the garbage bins side of the house after the trash is picked up. This is greatly appreciated. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Reservations are subject to immediate cancellation with no refunds if pets are discovered. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please be mindful of keep doors closed. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
