Directly south of the historic CBD, Brickell is Miami and South Florida's major financial district. Public Transportation in the Downtown/Brickell area is used more than in any other part of Miami and is a vital part of Brickell's life. Metrorail, Miami's heavy rail system, has one station in Brickell at the Brickell Station. In addition to Metrorail, the Metromover train system runs 3 lines throughout Downtown (the Downtown Loop, the Omni Loop, and the Brickell Loop). The Metromover connects with Metrorail and is free. Metromover stations can be found at roughly every two blocks in Brickell. To keep our building community safe and secure, please review the building house rules. ($300 fine) for violation of any house rules: - as per the building’s security policy, all guests will have to provide ID and will have to complete check in application forms - no smoking indoors, smoking allowed only outdoors - no littering anywhere on the building, especially on the balcony - garbage is to be disposed of in bags and placed into the trash chute down the hallway (located on the same floor, all plastics and bottles or large items must bring down to the exit door to the parking area or to the large dumpster on the back end of the main lobby, behind the mail room) - checkout time is at 10AM - no devices with open flames allowed on balcony (fire hazard) - no parties, loud music, and noises - no shoes on bed - keep towels clean - we have the right to charge if anything is missing or damaged
