Depending on how early, a small fee may apply. While I may not always be available in person, I’m happy to share recommendations, local tips, and the best places to visit so you can make the most of your stay. This is a great family neighborhood with amazing activities for all ages. The home is within walking distance of shopping centers, pharmacies and supermarkets. Getting around is easy, public transportation stops are steps away. The metro rail station is also nearby. Take advantage of the free coral gables trolleys. The unit is located at the back right side of the property and includes a private parking space (opposite the carport on the front right side of the home). Quiet hours are observed on weeknights after 11 PM to be considerate of our working neighbors. Meals should be enjoyed in the dining or living areas; light snacks are welcome in the bedrooms. Prior approval is required for any unregistered guests. No drugs are allowed. Alcohol is permitted. Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts and ashes responsibly. Always lock the front door when leaving and be respectful of our neighbors. Please report any accidents or damages right away. Lost keys will incur a lock replacement fee. Significant damage may result in the loss of your security deposit. Early check-in may be available upon request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply. We are not responsible for items left behind. If you leave something, you must arrange shipping through a nearby UPS location and cover all costs. A $100 handling fee applies for our cleaning staff to drop items at UPS or coordinate pickup with your recipient.
