The studio has been completely remodeled with LED lighting, modern and spacious bathroom with glass door and comfortable bedding. The full kitchen has all utensils needed to prepare and store food. The unit has one spacious closets, two full beds and two trundle beds that accommodates . The space has a beautifully decorated balcony area for sitting and dining with beautiful scenic views of the Brickell and bay areas.
The Studio is entirely for guest use. Everything in the unit is for guests to use. Coffee, sugar, cream and tea is provided for guests free of charge. The Condominium has a package room available for guests who wish to order and retrieve packages. Guests have access to the condo's two pools, laundry room, steam room, jacuzzi, game room, fully equipped gym and kid's rooms.
My wife and I are available at anytime to answer via phone or text any inquiries or assist guests with any needs.
The Brickell Area is very safe. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance as well as nightclubs, and stores. Brickell City Center is only a couple of blocks away. There is a free trolley available until midnight with pick up in the corner of the building.
There are a lot of places walking distance. The parking is free with the reservation and is inside the building on the 12 floor. Take around 10 minutes to get the parking space!!
Hosts along with Front desk is available 24 hours a day to assist with any needs. Registration with the condominium is required. There are no other fees other than those charged by airbnb.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
