Shared room in home. White Couch

The couch is located by the entrance of the house in a large living room. It’s set up as a bed with a nice pillow top mattress for extra confort. You will have very minimal privacy as there are no doors, however, you will not be sharing the living room with anybody else. You will have a privacy screen in front of couch for extra privacy. When windows are open you will hear airport activity. Shared spaces are the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. The space is great for guests who need to stay close to the airport, overnighters, students and business travelers. When weather is cool and windows are open you will hear airport activity. I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Laundry room is only available for a fee. You may use front yard but backyard is OFF LIMITS! Thank you. I'm not always around but you may reach me by phone for any concerns or questions. Thank you. Miami Springs is very centrally located and only 2 miles from MIA. There are bus stops walking distance from my home as well as restaurants and a supermarket (20 minutes walk). Golf course 1 mile from home. The tri rail is also about a 20 minute walk from the house. Miami Beach is 10 miles away. Dolphin Mall is 8 miles away. Miami Springs is a very quiet and family oriented city. From MIA you may take bus number 37 or 42 from the airport to Miami Springs. Uber or Lyft is also available as well as taxi. If you would like to be picked up from MIA I provide the service for a fee of $15. From FLL you may take the tri-rail and get off Hialeah Market Place (more convenient) or the Airport Station. Free parking on driveway in front of house. DO NOT PARK ON GRASS!
