Our apartment will make your stay at Miami a luxury experience, it is located on the 40th floor, Brickell Bay. Tiles floors, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, private balcony. The Kitchen: Complete silverware, chinaware, glasses, pots, pans, cups, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, electric stove, blender, utensils, full size refrigerator. We provide basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters and sugar), paper towel, cleaning products are also provided. The Room: Queen bed, fresh pillows, white sheets and comforters, large Walk-in closet and storage, a gorgeous bay view from your own private balcony. Large bathroom with plenty of bath and hand towels. Bathroom is provided with hand soap, shampoo and liquid soap. In addition there is a large sofa-bed in the living room to accommodate 2 additional guests. Private balcony to enjoy bay views and amazing city views at night. A convenient Grocery store just steps away open 24 hours. High Speed Internet, Wi-Fi, LED HD TV , washer & dryer on site. Full Air Conditioned (Central A/C) 24/7 Guests have access to everything in the Apartment plus Game Room, Fitness Center, Hot Tub, Swimming Pool and parking garage. Please treat our home with respect. An extra $100 cleaning fee will be charged if unit is left in poor conditions (dirtier than what would be expected after a regular stay, garbage, food, shopping bags/boxes, etc.). Please note for stays of 10 days or more, we require guests to schedule extra cleanings with our staff, $100.00 per cleaning. IMPORTANT: A $250 fine applies for smoking inside unit. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This rule is strictly enforced. The density of this urban neighborhood makes Brickell one of the easiest parts of the city to navigate without a car. Walking distance to a number of nearby restaurants, boutiques, museums, galleries, shopping and clubs or hop on the free Miami Trolley (you can get the app and track it) and head to Coral Gables, downtown, Port of Miami, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Little Havana and South Beach. Trolley runs Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 11 pm. Uber, Lyft & Taxis are available at the door. I-95 Highway is just 2 minutes away. Miami Trolley (you can get the app and track it) and head to Coral Gables, downtown, Port of Miami, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Little Havana and South Beach. Trolley runs Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 11 pm. The convenient free Metro-mover: This 4.4-mile electrically-powered, fully automated mover system connects with Metrorail at Government Center and Brickell stations and with Metrobus at various locations throughout downtown. Main destinations include the American Airlines Arena, Bayside Market Place, downtown Miami, Miami Dade College. The Metromover runs from 5 a.m. to midnight seven days a week.Trains run frequently.
