Bathrooms: Our villa offers four, stylish bathrooms with all the essentials. Fresh towels and toiletries. Pool: Step outside and discover your own personal oasis. The private patio with pool is perfect for enjoying the sunshine or evening breezes. Please note that the pool & spa are heated by default to 85 degrees in winter months. For a temperature higher than that, we charge a fee of $35 per night for every 5 degrees higher. Please let us know of your temperature preference at least 24 hours before to allow time to heat properly. CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in the driveway of the house up to 6 vehicles. LAUNDRY: Laundry is between the kitchen and bedroom 5. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it.
