Private room in home. Relaxing room

Private room , bathroom is shared with an other room. The house is shared with an other 2 rooms (please no picky people) The house located 15 minutes driving to midtown, downtown and the beaches. Having a car is a plus , but uber and Lyft work well in the area There is a thin divider wall and door not sound proof. If you have problems hearing noise this is not a room for you Kitchen is not available. There is a mini fridge, microwave for your convenience Public areas will be recorded
