This is a large (3000SF) home in South Miami, recently renovated, with large windows, beautiful views and a completely fenced yard. From the backyard, you can see the fireworks from Palmer Park, sponsored by the City of South Miami during July 4th and New Year's Eve. Very safe neighborhood and pleasant setting. The house is nicely furnished for a family. This is our personal home, and I try to make it as hypoallergenic as possible. The house is very clean, bright and feather free. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the house, pool, and backyard. A separate apartment is located at the front of the property and may be occupied from time to time. The apartment is fully independent from the house and has its own private entrance. The laundry room, located outside the main house, is the only shared space. I am a phone call away if you ever need anything! I am here to make sure that everything is taken care of for you. The metro rail is one mile away from my house and bus stops are 3 blocks away. We have 3 bikes that our guests are welcome to use. South beach is 11 miles away and generally takes us 20 minutes to get there by car. Owner has full access to the garage from the street. The garage is disconnected from the house.
