Enjoy our Tiki house centrally located, where friends and family can gather comfortably. The Tiki house is surrounded by over 40 mature palm trees, tropical vegetation and a high privacy fence. Our outdoor entertaining area, hosts a massive Tiki hut with all the essentials including: heated salt pool,outdoor bathroom, TV ,fridge, Weber grill,and guesthouse. Close to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Minutes from downtown Brickell, Miami Beach, University of Miami, stadiums and hospitals. The Tiki house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It’s your private compound hosting a spacious 3 bedroom house, an additional 2 room detached guest house, pool, tiki-hut, 3rd bathroom is an outdoor bath with shower, all surrounded by beautiful vegetation behind a privacy fence. Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Fire-pit (complimentary one bundle of wood from 11/01-4/01) next to our garden terrace, 3 bicycles with helmets/locks, corn-hole, ring toss, wireless speaker, and pool floats are there for you to enjoy. Guests will be sent an email the evening before arrival with gate and house codes and instructions. We have 4 parking spaces available for our guests. Please park on our property only. Street parking is not permitted. Electric scooters and Citi bikes are available at and near Kennedy Park(10 minute walk). I respond to messages quickly. If an issue comes up, I will do my very best to make it right. I treat my guests like family. Your space will have everything you need. You will be provided with cold drinks, wine (essential), extra paper products, Keurig pods with creamer, bug spray, candles, you name it; we got you covered! North Coconut Grove Is safe, quiet, and the perfect location to nearby Key Biscayne and Miami Beach. Take a 5 minute bike ride to local restaurants and attractions. Everything in Coconut Grove is walking distance. Local Citi rental bikes are available at nearby Kennedy park. Electric scooters are everywhere for you to pick up and rent. There are plenty of restaurants and shops walking distance. Guest house hosts a cozy living room and separate bedroom with a full bed. There’s a door in the bedroom that leads to the outdoor bath. Please note: WE DO NOT ALLOW HOUSE PARTIES! By booking with us, you will agree to keeping noise volume at a considerate level after 11pm.
