This unit comes equipped with a full laundry stacked washer/dryer, a full kitchen which includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher and your all your basic cooking needs. 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination with your bathroom essentials. As a guest you have access to all the amenities which include the pool, the gym and spa. Valet (Guest Parking): The Iconbrickell provides a valet service, this is a separate service. Parking rates : $11 - 1 hour $20 - 4 hours $42 - 10 to 24 hours Please note: The valet service does not provide in/out privileges, charges apply each time you take out your car.
