The right side are another property parking spaces.Please do not flush any kind of toilet paper down the toilet to avoid clogged lines ,always use the garbage bin provided.

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
