The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator and a stairs case to access it. The apartment can welcome 4 people and eventually a small child (we provide baby cribs upon request). It has a private bedroom that closes with a door with a king size bed inside, a queen size sofa bed in the living room, a full kitchen, dining table for 4, a toaster, Nespresso and regular coffee drip machines etc. Guest have access to their apartment and are allowed in the lobby and hallways. NECESSITIES We will provide you with all the necessities to start your stay (towels, sheets, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, garbage bag, shampoo, body wash and conditioner but it is our guests responsibility after that. CLEANING SERVICES If our guests ever want an extra cleaning we can provide this service at an extra cost. It would also include a refresh of sheet and towels. Just send us a message to request it so we can arrange a day and time to do so. SMOKING Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside the apartments or the building. PARTIES Parties are NOT ALLOWED and doesn't allow more guests than the reservation allows. PETS Pets are NOT ALLOWED.
