For trips with friends, family or for a romantic weekend our full furnished apartment is ideal for your stay. High end appliances, top bedding, smart tv, wifi, sound system will make you feel at home. Amenities include free entrance to olympic pool, spa * & top Icon restaurants. Check in 3:00 pm only.
Present check in agent is required in order to check in.
Check in starts at 3:00pm
After 10:00 pm late check will have a charge of $50 paid directly to the check in agent on duty.
Guest IDs copy are required to be sent through the platform prior to arrival as it’s a building rule to add the future guest to the system.
Valet parking on site is the only option available at Icon Brickell Tower 3. You pay every time you pick up the car.

Check in time 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Past this time there is a $50 fee.

Amenities card are given by the Icon Residences and they are ro be picked up from them directly at a designated area where you might have to queue.
Access to amenities is included for up to two guests per reservation. Please note that Icon Brickell administration will not issue additional passes beyond this limit.
Check in is done at the front desk accompanied by our check in a gent provided that you text her 30 minutes prior to your arrival so she can meet you at the lobby.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
