Stay in the heart of downtown at our cozy studio located in a full service condo/hotel with full access to the Hotel amenities including; full gym, pool and hot tub, pool bar and restaurant. Walk to Bayside Marketplace, museums and the Kaseya Center or hop on the free Metromover tram to get around downtown and Brickell. Our studio has a full kitchen, bathroom and 3 beds (1 queen murphy bed, 1 upper and 1 lower fold down single beds that turn into a work desk). 24/7 door staff for security. BEDS: 1 Queen murphy bed in the living room and 2 single fold down beds inside of the work desk. There is a closet for clothes as well KITCHEN: full kitchen with stove, sink, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher. BATHROOM: full bathroom with rainfall shower and bath amenities LAUNDRY: in-unit washing machine and dryer AMENITIES: pool, pool bar, gym and restaurant are all accessible to our guests. PARKING: This condo does NOT come with parking. If you are bringing a car, There are various public parking garages within 2 blocks that are typically between $30-$40 per night. Guests have full, private access to our condo plus shared access to the hotel amenities, including: gym with Peloton bikes, pool/hot tub, and onsite restaurant/bars We're available 24/7 for anything our guests need. Downtown Miami is a bustling neighborhood with shopping, great restaurants and bars, and one of the most beautiful waterfront sections in Miami. Take the free metromover system to all the best experiences, downtown and Brickell have to offer. Walk through Bayside and enjoy live bands, tourist shopping and hop on a harbor cruise to get to know Miami by water. Catch a concert or Miami Heat Basketball game at the arena, or visit the amazing Frost Science Museum and the PAMM art museum. Dont forget to take a ride on the ferris wheel at Bayfront Park. Downtown and Brickell are easily walkable but there is a free metromover tram system that circulates the downtown and brickell areas. Trams arrive every minute or two typically.
