The space is equipped with brand new appliances, modern furniture and 5 stars hotel amenities. FIRST FLOOR: In the first floor you will find the living room, which offers open concept with dining room. There is a TV and a sofa bed, perfect if you are brining extra guests. There is a dining room where you can enjoy a drink or a dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your own meals, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking ware, plates, cups & utensils and everything you need for an amazing meal. Coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are included. Behind the kitchen you will find the laundry room, along with a closet to storage family games, baby highchair, crib, etc. Regular detergent is available. Ground floor bedroom counts with bunk bed allowing acommodate 3 people. It offers access to a private bathroom, and a little terrace. Closet is available as well. SECOND FLOOR: The two spacious bedrooms will provide you all the tranquility and peace that you will need after a long day in Miami. They both provide access to a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, huge closet and a dedicated work space. It has private access to the bathroom. You can enjoy morning sun or enjoy a glass of wine from the private balcony as well. Third bedroom is simple and nicely decorated with two queen size beds, brand new comfortable mattresses and bedding. There is also a closet equipped with hangers and iron. Both bathrooms were recently renovated and features all the amenities you would need, including hand soap, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer & make up towels. The patio provides all you may need for the best BBQ afternoon with your loved ones. It's also perfect to enjoy a nice glass of wine along with a good book. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. PARKING: You have 2 Free parking spots inside the property and free street parking is available. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. LAUNDRY: Private laundry is behind the kitchen.
