Look for the yellow house with a white fence leading to the patio. The entrance to your studio is marked with a red sign saying "HAVANA DOLPHING." *Gate Code: A unique code will be sent to you on your arrival day. *Check-In: Begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-ins are not allowed as we need to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained after the previous guests check out. *Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-outs will affect the preparation for the next guest and may incur additional charges. *Property Rules *No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $500 fine will be charged for any violations. *No Parties: This is a residential neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation, notification to authorities, and possible additional penalties. *Excessive Noise: Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted. Violating this rule may result in fines or the termination of your stay. *Toilet Use: Do not dispose of paper or other items in the toilet. If plumbing issues arise, the cost of repairs will be the guest's responsibility. *Pets: We allow one dog per stay (under 25 lbs) with a $100 fee. Pets must not be on beds or sofas, and guests must clean up after them. We provide basic supplies, including a pad, water bowl, and small bed. *Trash: All trash must be bagged and disposed of in the designated bins. *Guest Limit: Only the 2 registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional guests will incur a $40/day charge and could lead to cancellation of your reservation. *Loss or Damage: Report any damage or loss immediately. Failure to do so may affect your security deposit. *Drugs and Illegal Substances: We have a zero-tolerance policy for the use or distribution of illicit drugs. *TV and Entertainment This property has 1 smart TV. You will have access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Simply press the corresponding button on the remote to stream unlimited movies and TV shows. You will need to log into your account to access the services. All TVs are smart TVs for your convenience. *Security Cameras *For the safety of all guests and the protection of the property, please note that the property is equipped with multiple security cameras. These cameras are positioned to monitor only the exterior areas of the property, including the entrance and patio. The cameras are in place for security purposes and must remain on and functioning at all times. There are NO cameras inside the property, and all surveillance is limited to the outside areas, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
