40 Minutes from the Hardrock Stadium. Enjoy a comfortable experience at this centrally-located place where you can relax in this comfortable room with large ensuite. There is a separate entrance door acessed from the side gate through the rear of the property via a lockbox. The room is part of the main house. There is a small back yard with a large 15 ft umbrella. The backyard may be shared by other guests on the premises. *We are working in improving the backyard and the side gate. This is a nice room at 238 sqft including the large double bathroom which has twin shower heads giving guests so much convenience. The room is very homely, well decorated and comfortable. Our location is about 25 minutes from The Hardrock Stadium. There is a split a.c unit in the room which is controlled by our guests. There are 4 windows within the room that let in an abundance of natural sunlight. There is a small patio directly at the backdoor with a small table and four chairs for our guests to use.. Plenty of storage for clothing. There is a set of stairs leading up and down from the entrance door. NO STOVE - but there is microwave with kettle and mini fridge. Our guess can access the enclosed backyard and side yard areas and the car parking at the side. Guests have their own room, bathroom, room, mini refrigerator, microwave, kettle, access to tea and coffee, in room . There's a separate guest entrance from the blavk painted side gate leading to the back of the property with full access to the shared backyard.
