Safety features are in place. The house opens out to a patio with a grassy fenced-in yard. On-site and free parking. There are four bedrooms (including an office with a twin daybed that converts into a King bed), two full bathrooms, two workstations (with high speed internet), a kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a washer/dryer, a patio, and a large grassy yard. Guests will have full & private use of the house and fenced-in yard. Access the house through an electronic keypad anytime after the check-in time. We will try to accommodate early check-in when available. I'm not local to the area but will respond to messages as needed. My co-host, Bryan, is in Miami and will be available to assist with any issues that may arise. Located in beautiful Miami Shores! Just 10 minutes away from Wynwood & 15 minutes away from the beach! Large driveway with space for 3-4 cars to park. Ubers are also a quick and cheap way to get around. There is a strict no-party policy. No more than 8 guests are allowed to stay at the house. For your safety, the exterior of the house is monitored by security cameras. Please ask all questions prior to booking. We are unable to provide additional photos or videos.
