This property offers a yard with patio & grill and the necessary amenities for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, close to many shops and restaurants, near major attractions such as; the Evergaldes, the Florida Keys, Miami Metro Zoo.
The best way to describe the house is, it will be your home away from home. It has very high ceilings and the sun just shines in.
The common areas include a kitchen, family room with TV, a dining room, a room with a desk and chair where you may also play table hockey or ping pong.

The house is located in a nice, safe neighborhood, secluded from traffic and noise. There are parks and walking paths in the area. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
