Located in a really safe neighborhood, we are 3 blocks from the bay, 10 min to Brickell, 10 minutes to South Beach. Early check in available $35 Late check-out available: inquire within You’ll have the entire guest house to yourself. The driveway and yard are shared with the main house. I live nearby, if you need anything I’m a phone call or message away. The neighborhood is really safe and has a lot to offer all within a short walk! As you leave the property the bay will be located several blocks to the east (to the right). If you make a left and head west, we are 1.5 blocks from Biscayne Blvd which is the main road to travel up and down the City of Miami. If you head north, the cross-street numbers and addresses are going to rise, if you head south, the cross-street numbers and addresses will lower. We are located on 80th St. One block south is 79th St which is a causeway to head towards Miami Beach. Get Around: Ubers, Lyft, and Taxis are always around. If you rent a car we have plenty of parking. Electric mopeds by Revel are also a great inexpensive way to get around and typically found a very short walk from the house.
