Our location is 3 blocks from CocoWalk, which has many dining and shopping amenities, as well as a movie theater. Some additional nearby attractions are the Coconut Grove Marina, Woman's Club, Peacock Park, Sailing Club and Regatta Park. You’ll love my place because of the proximity to great shopping and beaches with South Beach 15 mins away. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers with fast wi-fi. Additionally, we have private parking which is rare for the area. This duplex-level unit has dedicated parking in front of the property, as well as a private patio in the rear. The patio gives access to a large kidney-shaped pool that is shared with one other unit and is surrounded by a variety of large native trees that provide dappled shade from the strong Miami sun. We maintain and clean the pool twice a week, but please be aware that in some seasons, leaves can fall into and aroud the pool more frequently. You're welcome to scoop them out of the water if you wish with the pool skimmer provided by the wooden fence :) There are no pets allowed so any allergies should not be an issue. We intend to make your stay as peaceful as possible. Central Coconut Grove is a lush tropical jungle like neighborhood that straddles Biscayne Bay on the East and Coral Gables on the West. Downtown Coconut Grove is 2 blocks away from house. Virginia Key & Key Biscayne beaches are 10 minutes away. You can walk or bike to all the amenities that this wonderful community offers: Coco Walk, theaters, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, cafes, banks, marinas, supermarkets, gyms, yoga, parks and more! Please be aware that there are many trees in the property. The pool is maintained twice a week and leaves can fall in abundance depending on the season, in and around the pool area . ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. No parties or events Check-in is after 3PM. Miami is a tropical destination, due to this the A/C temperature is limited to a minimum of 70 degrees to avoid condensation and potential health hazards. For your extra comfort there are ceiling fans: one in the bedroom and one in the living room. In downtown Coconut Grove you have: nice restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, or The Barnacle. If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or catch the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore. If you take the metrorail north you can go to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.
