Keep an eye out for the docks dotting the water, the strutting roosters, the curious cats, and the basking iguanas that add to the area's unique character. Our cozy tiny homes are part of a 4500 sq ft pre-manufactured house, thoughtfully divided into five completely independent units. Nothing inside is shared with anyone else; each unit has its own private entrance and all the amenities of a regular home. You'll find a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a TV, and all necessary furnishings. The only shared space is the deck by the lake in the back. Just like in any hotel or apartment building, the units share walls. Some people wrongly call them Mobilehomes or Trailers, if you arrive and see wheels in any of our properties, send pictures and your stay will be 100% free! Please enter the correct number of guests before booking. The SUVs shown in the photos are not included with the property rental. We are proud to offer 15 totally independent units located in a quiet area with no through traffic, our units are situated in front of a small artificial lake. So you won't have to worry about people or cars passing by your unit. You will only see our other guests and the neighbors of the neighboring homes. The units are completely independent of each other. The beautiful deck by the lake behind the house is the only shared outdoor space. Clinics like Snatched, Xiluet, New Life Plastic Surgery, Miami Clinic, Beyond Beauty Clinic, Avana Plastic, and many more are within a 2 to 10-mile radius. Booking Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. We do not accept reservations from local or visiting groups under the age of 25 who are traveling to Miami for parties, celebrations (birthdays, bachelor/ette parties), or Spring Break. Exemptions: This policy does not apply to families with children, young adults traveling with their parents, or quiet travelers such as siblings, professional coworkers, and post-operative recovery guests. We aim to maintain a strictly quiet and restful environment for all our residents and guests. If your plans do not align with a peaceful stay, this property will not be a good fit.
