Violations will result in additional fees and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund. 🎉 No Events or Unauthorized Guests Only guests on the reservation are allowed. Events, gatherings, or extra guests without approval are not permitted. Additional guest will be charged $75 per night Violations may result in cancellation without refund. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM Early check-in / late check-out must be approved in advance (additional fees apply) Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 dollars past the checkout time. Each hour after is charged at the same rate. 🎮 Game Area Rules No food or drinks allowed near the Arcades Any spills, stains, or damage to the Arcades or sectional will result in a $1,000 fine 🎮 Arcade Machines: While we strive to keep all arcade machines in working order, they are subject to maintenance. At times, one or more machines may be temporarily unavailable. 🏊 Pool Use at your own risk (no lifeguard on duty) Children must be supervised at all times Cleaning Schedule: Monday Thursday or Friday Pool team accesses the backyard via the side gate—no interaction needed. Pool Heater: Must be requested in advance (additional fee applies) Do Not Touch Pool Equipment Tampering with equipment will result in a fine. 🌳 Outdoor Environment Due to Florida’s natural environment, leaves and debris may accumulate between cleanings. We maintain the space regularly but cannot guarantee a completely leaf-free yard. 🐜 Insect Notice Florida’s tropical climate may result in occasional bugs. The home is professionally treated. Seeing an occasional dead bug is normal and indicates treatment is working. Please keep doors closed. 🛏️ Property Use Furniture and amenities are maintained and cleaned regularly Normal wear and tear is expected in a vacation home Do not move or disconnect electronics or appliances 🧴 Essentials Starter supplies are provided only.
