Access to all common areas is provided through the building key fob located inside the unit. Amenities are subject to building rules, operating hours, and occasional maintenance closures. We are available through the Airbnb app before, during, and after your stay. While we respect our guests’ privacy, we are always happy to assist with check-in support, recommendations, questions, or anything needed to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. • Building registration is mandatory prior to arrival. • The primary guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID. • Full names of all guests staying in the unit are required at least 48 hours before check-in in order to complete building registration. • Quiet hours and all building rules must be respected during the stay. • Valet parking is available through the building for an additional fee. Rates, hours, and availability are determined by the building and may change without notice. • Lost or unreturned FOBs/access devices will result in a $100 replacement fee.
