Cozy fully renovated private studio, conveniently located 10min away from Miami International Airport, 5min away from Calle 8, 10min away from Miracle Mile, 15min away from Miami beach, Downtown. Our studio offers amenities such as: KItchenett with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, water filter, TV, WIFI, comfortable Queen size bed, impact door/windows, black out curtains, full bath, private parking and self side entrance. We are so happy to offer our fully remodeled studio for your trip. You’ll make the most of this cozy home, its amenities, and your opportunity to relax or work and visit the surrounding area. It's a small studio, all in one area (kitchen, refrigerator, queen size bed, counter stools, etc.) suitable maximum for 2 adults, kids under 2 years old and toddlers are welcome but please notice that there's a small space for a pack and play in front of the bed. Also please consider and be aware that there are stairs with 3 steps on the entry and kitchen utensils in the kitchen drawers. The space is not childproof so take this into consideration if you decide to book with us. Our studio has hurricane/impact doors and windows. To get to the property there are stairs, and because it's a small space and a compact full bath unfortunately it's not fit for a wheelchair. Please no smoking inside the property or near entryways or windows, and we don't allow parties. If you wish to bring your pet please consider: NON-agressive & fully potty trained under 25lbs are welcome, please let me know ahead of time, pets may not sleep on bed, so we can provide a rug instead. $50 pet cleaning fee applies. We do accept guest with post-operatory recovery for an extra cost of $100 fee per stay. Please notify before making your reservation with us. Self private entrance, door has a keypad, a code will be provided once the property is booked. If anything is unclear, we are available any time, so please don't hesitate to contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am. We are located walking distance from a CVS, Publix, and Sedanos Supermarket. Also 5 min by car from Calle 8 and it's great cuban restaurants and night life. Very near to Coral Gables so you can enjoy the beautiful streets, shops and great restaurants. If you wish to go the beach a 15-20min car drive will take you to South Beach or Key Biscayne. Also convenient 15min car drive to Brickell and Downtown, and 8 min car drive from Miami Int. Airport. Only 1 parking space is available in the designated space. Please don't bring a second vehicle.
