My lovely home offers 3 bedrooms, 4 beds & 1 Futon to host your mid sized group. *All bedrooms are on the 2nd Level / The main communal areas on the 1st Level. 2 dining areas & a kitchen bar, a large cozy living room as well as a "chill" room for laid back conversations & fun games. Smoking is allowed ONLY in the backyard/patio area- please utilize disposals as necessary & keep patio door closed/smoke out. Guests are free to all areas of the house EXCEPT the garage. The property does have a sizable driveway for Off Street parking up to 3 cars. No parking on the street or grass. I'm here to help in anyway possible to make your stay most enjoyable.
