I share my farmhouse styled house with solo female guests-each with a private room for a peaceful stay This room has a full size bed with a firm memory foam mattress.
I work from home, I keep the place very clean and organized at all times. I have a cute lazy indoor cat, and 2 young outdoor cats.
The outdoor areas are shared with my neighbor, a respectful guy.
Cooking is not permitted
The guest might use refrigerator.
No use of stove or oven is permitted
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
