You’ll love my place because of the proximity to south beach (15 min). The beds are new and have very comfy, quality linens . Wifi service. The apartment has a lockbox, as part of the booking process I will provide you with the code and you can check in at any point after check in time. I can also meet you in person to check you in. We try to finish the cleanup as quickly as we can and I send you a message so that you can check in early if possible I am nearby and can help or answer any questions but for the most part you will not be bothered by anyone. We intend to make your stay as peaceful as possible. Central Coconut Grove is a lush tropical jungle like neighborhood that straddles Biscayne Bay on the East and Coral Gables on the West. Downtown Coconut Grove is 4 blocks away from house. Virginia Key & Key Biscayne beaches are 10 minutes away. You can walk or bike to all the amenities that this wonderful community offers: Coco Walk, theaters, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, cafes, banks, marinas, supermarkets, gyms, yoga, parks and more! Uber and Lyft are very popular here. Metro bus stop located 2 blocks away. Bus and trolley connects with Metrorail system less than a mile away. 15 minutes by car to Miami Intl Airport. Parking available on property. Please be aware that our neighbors are building their new home. They started their project in March, 2026 to be completed by September or October, 2026. The city deems 8am to be an appropriate time to start working on it Monday through Saturday. I am sorry for the inconvenience Miami is a tropical destination, due to this the A/C temperature is limited to a minimum of 70 degrees to avoid condensation and potential health hazards. If you head 2 blocks south to downtown Coconut Grove you have: nice restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, or The Barnacle. If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or catch the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore. If you take the metrorail north you can go to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.
