The property is a large duplex unit with 2 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. There are three beds in the home, one King bed in the Master Bedroom, one Queen bed in the Guest Bedroom and a Queen Sofa Bed in the Living Room. Backyard and Laundry are private to the unit. No spaces are shared with adjacent unit.
The property also has a stock tank pool for guests to enjoy and an outdoor seating and cooking area.
There are electric bikes that can be rented to the guests at a cost of $100/day. Signing of a waiver would be required to secure the rental. Based on availability. Rental must be requested prior to check in.
The entire duplex unit is available to the guests, including the yard, pool and laundry areas. The unit next door (1317) is not available to guests. Seating or loitering in the front where it may become a nuisance to the other unit persons is not permitted.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
