Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance/driveway for safety and property protection. No cameras are located inside the home or in private backyard outdoor areas.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
