PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING. Oversized guest suite with private entrance (1 large room with 3 beds and a kitchenette, not a full kitchen) parking, pool and patio. Wheelchair accessible. Suite is located 18 min from the Miami Intl Airport and within 30 minutes from the "must do's" of Miami - Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Wynwood, Brickell. Key Largo is a short 40 min away. The guest suite has its own private entrance and is adjacent to the main house that is occupied by the host. The suite can accommodate 4+ people comfortably. Max capacity = 2 adults and 3-4 children OR 4 adults. The suite has 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, swimming toys, fridge, microwave, coffee station, bake oven/air fryer, grill, outdoor dining area, free Wi-Fi, and parking. The suite is wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair ramp is available for access into the room, backyard, patio, and pool area. The oversized shower has a 1.5" step to enter and fits bath chairs comfortably. if requested, I can provide a bath chair and walker for guest use. One of the two sinks in the bathroom has an extended counter to fit a standard wheelchair. 55'' Smart TV. No parties, this is a family-friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Private events can be hosted ONLY if pre-approved by the host with a detailed description of the event/filming. The suite is adjacent to the main house and its entrance is located in the backyard via a path that leads around the main house. Host lives in the property, but does not share the private suite with the guests. The host is available at any time for questions and to address any issues or concerns. The suite is located in The Falls, a well established area in Miami. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. There are several parks and walking trail within a short distance. There are several parks and walking paths a short distance from the suite. Public transportation/bus stop is a 10 min walk away. The host is very friendly and respects your privacy. Friendly dogs are welcomed (< 50lbs) for an additional fee of $50. Host has 3 very friendly dogs on the property that will be taken out several times a day for breaks. If your fur baby gets along with ours, then we can let them all loose.
