Each about a 5-minute drive away. 1 BD, 1 bath, a pull-out sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer and a large patio. Within walking distance to the Metro Rail. No parties or pets! You will have access to the entire unit, but it’s a duplex; we have tenants next door who should not be disturbed. *NO POST-SURGERY GUESTS As you walk in you enter the living room and kitchen. The living room has a pull out couch and the TV is hung against the wall. This TV has a Roku, so feel free to sign-in with whatever streaming service you may have (don’t forget to log off when you check-out!). The kitchen has a table, fridge and some kitchen essentials. Off to the right is the laundry room with a washer/dryer. In the bedroom there is a walk-in closet for all your linen needs, a Queen-sized bed with a Samsung smart tv hung on the wall and the bathroom with a shower and toilet. The patio can be accessed by the bedroom, and is just an open, fenced-in space (just grass). This is the only shared space with the other side of the duplex (our long-term tenants). The neighborhood is a sub-neighborhood of “Coral Way neighborhoods” that comprise of: Shenandoah, Coral Gate and, Silver Bluff (unit). We offer two free parking spaces for the unit. The unit is centrally located. 5 minutes to Coconut Grove, Coral Gables or Little Havana. The metro rail is also within walking distance (see photo of map) that can take you all the way to south to points in South Miami and Dadeland to Downtown/Brickell and Edgewater areas.
