Small vintage Art Deco studio tucked away for a peaceful South Beach escape. Pet friendly with private entrance, bathroom, and a cozy food prep area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Full of Old Florida charm and soft light, it’s just 2 blocks from the Convention Center, Ocean Drive, and the beach, and steps from Española Way, Lincoln Road, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Each of our studio has a private entrance, private bathroom and Kitchenware. This studio includes: - microwave/toaster/coffee maker and kitchenware. - An original, private, Art Deco bathroom equipped with towels, soaps, air dryer. - Single full size bed with Linens. - Beach towels and beach chairs. - High speed WIFI. - NO tv. For your security, our property if fully fenced, once your pass our gate, you will cross our coutyard, to our open breezeway lobby and to our garden. All our common areas are shared by our guests. There is usually someone at the office (Studio #3, near the lobby area) prepared to help you. We are also always available over the Airbnb message board. This is a charming, art Deco-style neighborhood in the heart of South Beach. Right off of the famous Espanola Way and blocks from Lincoln Road; minutes from the beach and Flamingo Park, it is the center of it all! Can be reached by public bus at Washington Avenue and 16th Street : -Metrobus 150 (Airport Flyer) -South Beach Local (Bus 120) -Nearest Art Deco Bike Station : 15th and Washington Avenue - Public Parking Garages: on 17th Street, between Pennsylvanian and Meridian, or 12th street, between Washington and Pennsylvanian; - Normal Parking Garages: on 16th street, between Collins and Washington; NO smoking in the Studios - $300 fine! We also DO NOT allow any kind of smoking activity (cigars, cigarettes, pipes, etc.) anywhere on our property including our garden and common area. 21 YEARS OLD We DO NOT have PARKING SPACES on our premises. Fees for second guest is $10/night. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PER STUDIO: 2 (TWO) BE AWARE: we have community cats in our garden area. They do not have the habit of getting close to people they do not know. As animal lovers, we try to foster a safe environment for them at Barcelona Studios. All of our regulars have gone through the TNR program and are fed, vaccinated and cared for by the community.
