You'll receive the exact address upon completing your reservation.
ARRIVAL:
Park in the designated area upon arrival. There’s space in the driveway for three cars and, if needed, space for a car in our fenced backyard. There’s also street parking available.
DOOR CODE:
We'll send you the door code before your arrival. Simply enter the four digits and press the checkmark.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. We ensure the property is cleaned and prepared for your arrival after the previous guests check out. Please understand this may take some time. Let us know if you need early arrival or to drop off bags.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please adhere to this time to allow us to prepare for the next guest.
PARKING:
Ample parking space is available in front of the house, backyard and on the street.
HOUSE RULES:
Please read and agree to our House Rules.
NO SMOKING: Inside the property. $250 Fine
NO PARTIES: Parties are not allowed. This is a residential area, and any violation will result in termination of your reservation. $500 Fine
NO PETS: We love our furry friends but do not allow them in our home.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
