My place has an queen size bed two single bed and a sofa that can also used as a bed for guest. You have your own entry exit door bathroom and kitchen. Nothing is shared. Right in front of the entry exit door you have a deck that ends at the lake with a great view. There is only one parking space dedicated for you. You have a gas stove where you can cook your own meals. It's an house with four studios so we want peace for everybody. There is a 50 smart tv. The unit is in a trailer park My place is central located. 15 min from the Miami international airport. It's very close to Florida International University (FIU). Deck in front of the lake. The swimming pool. And the tennis court I'am not always in Miami. So the time i am there i can help you with questions or anything else. There are mostly Latins as neighbor in the community. Like Cubans Dominicans and Venezuelans. Public transportation looks a little difficult. You have to walk for almost 5 to 8 min till the southwest 8th street.
