Please note that the driveway is shared, so be mindful of parking arrangements. Parking: - cottage includes 2 car parking spots for you to access in front of cottage. Free street parking also available. Parking area is shared between two Airbnb properties on the land. Ensure you do not park in the middle to allow space for both properties. Property Layout: - Front House: You are booking the front house. - Rear Property: I will be staying in the rear property, called the cottage, located at the back of the land. Shared Yard and Patio: - The yard and patio are communal areas shared with guests from the other rental property. Feel free to relax and enjoy these spaces during your stay. No Access Without Verification Access codes or entry instructions are only provided after the verification process is completed. Ridesharing: - Uber and Lyft are both available in the area. It's a good idea to check both apps for fare comparisons, as prices can vary between the two services. Airports: - Both Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) and Miami International Airport (MIA) are approximately the same distance from Miami Shores. However, I personally prefer flying into Fort Lauderdale as it’s slightly closer to the bungalow. Taxi Services: - Traditional taxi services are also available and can be a reliable option for getting around the area. Tips: - Always compare prices between Uber and Lyft to find the best deal. - Miami Shores' proximity to major areas makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, beaches, and dining options. Drivers license verification - Guest must show drivers license verification with a photo of themselves holding it to verify that it is their booking. (Per-pet ) We also except cats and birds Large dogs $150 ( Per-pet ) A deep cleannig must be done after a pet booking (Guest will be charged Separately) No Mining Crypto! There is a set electronic bill per monthly rental. After $114 dollars is the average monthly bill . Anything after that the renter is responsible for extra additional usage . $100 clean up fee will be charged if feces is left on the grass. There is a dog park. Do not leave dog feces on the artificial grass.
