The neighborhood offers quick access to I-95, making it easy to get to Miami Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Downtown, and South Beach within a short drive. You’ll also be close to shopping, dining, and some of Miami’s most popular entertainment and nightlife districts—while enjoying a calm place to come home to at night. Pool & Hot Tub Heating: • Pool and/or hot tub heating is available for an additional $40 per day for stays of 3 days or less. For stays longer than 3 days, pool heating is available for a flat rate of $137 for the entire stay. (Payed via the Airbnb app.) • Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to arrival if you’d like heating so we have time to get it ready for you. Heating Expectations: • Pool and hot tub heating are available year-round. Miami is warm for most of the year; however, during cooler or very cold weather, outside temperatures and wind may affect how warm the pool is able to get, even when heated. • Please note that only one can be heated at a time, meaning the pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. • The hot tub heats quickly and typically reaches temperature in about 1 hour, making it ideal for cooler days. The pool requires more time and usually takes around 12-24 hours to heat, depending on weather conditions so please let us know at least 48 hours prior to arrival if you would like it heated. •As a courtesy we provide a “Welcome Kit” of supplies including Toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo, body soap, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee creamer, olive oil, salt & pepper. If you need more supplies than what’s provided, guests are responsible for purchasing them. • Mid stay or daily cleaning are available for a fee upon request. • BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters or lizards, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. • Security & Monitoring A Ring video doorbell is installed at the front door and records the porch and front of the house. And a security camera recording the pool equipment area showing only the pool equipment. We receive real-time alerts and have access to recorded footage at all times. There are no interior cameras. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. All guests must fully vacate the property by this time. Any late check-out will result in a $250 fee, as it delays our cleaning team and impacts preparation for incoming guests. Before booking please review the house rules.
