Please be advised that check-ins outside regular hours are subject to the following service charges: $20 after 6:00 p.m., $40 after 9:00 p.m., $60 after 11:59 p.m., and $100 after 2:00 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation. During late hours, replies may take a little longer, but for anything time-sensitive you can always contact us by phone using the number on the platform. HOUSEKEEPING Daily cleaning is not included. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee. 3. TOWELS & LINENS Clean towels and linens are provided for each reservation. Four bath towels are included. Pool towels are available on the 9th floor. Washcloths are not provided for hygiene reasons. 4. TV Smart TV with streaming apps. You may log in using your own accounts. 5. AIR CONDITIONING The air conditioning has a minimum temperature of 72°F; please do not set it below this level, as the system may freeze and stop working. Please note that Miami is a very humid city, so we recommend keeping the A/C on to prevent mold. If you plan to use the balcony, make sure the door is closed at all times, and keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C is on to avoid damage to the system. 6. CHECK-IN Check-in is host-assisted. To ensure a smooth arrival, please share your travel itinerary or notify us at least 30 minutes before your expected arrival time. Check-in after 6:00 p.m. is subject to an additional fee. 7. PACKAGES Packages can be received at the building, but we do not assume responsibility for them. Please notify us if a package arrives before your stay. 8. CHILD SAFETY Cleaning products are present in the property. If you are traveling with children, please ensure they do not have access to them. 9. SUPPLIES We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items. 10. RESORT FEE Upon arrival, you must pay a resort fee of $38.50 USD + tax per day of your stay at the front desk. 11. NO SMOKING POLICY Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in common areas. Only in designated outdoor areas. We are available 24/7 to support you and ensure you have an excellent experience.
