Guests have full access to the front of the house, including a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, comfortable bedrooms, a clean bathroom, as well as a charming front porch, car port and yard. Rest assured, the back of the house is separate, ensuring privacy and peace of mind during your stay. To help you make the most of your stay, we provide a comprehensive house-book filled with valuable information and local recommendations. **Important Details to Note:** - Kindly review the listing thoroughly to ensure a delightful stay. - We appreciate your respect for our home and expect responsible tidiness. - Weeknights observe a strict quiet time after 11PM to considerate towards our working neighbors. - Please refrain from eating meals in the bedrooms; however, light snacks are welcome. - Prior approval is necessary for any unregistered guests, and no drugs are permitted on the premises; alcohol is acceptable. Smoking is prohibited indoors, and if smoking outside, please dispose of butts and ash thoughtfully. - Always lock the front door upon departure and maintain friendly relations with our neighbors. - Promptly report any accidents or damages. Lost house keys will incur a $50 replacement fee, and significant damage will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. - Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability; additional fees may apply depending on the requested timing. - Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any items left behind after your stay. Should you leave something behind, it is your responsibility to contact nearby UPS location, arrange for packaging and shipping, and cover any associated costs. Additionally, there is a fee of $50 for the time and effort of our cleaning staff to facilitate the pickup and drop-off of your items at UPS or to meet with the designated recipient.
