For your safety and enjoyment, please follow these rules when using the jacuzzi:
• Use at your own risk.
• No children under 16 allowed without adult supervision.
• Maximum occupancy: 4–6 people at a time.
• Shower before entering to keep water clean.
• No glass, food, or drinks inside the jacuzzi (plastic only).
• No alcohol or drug use while in the jacuzzi.
• Do not use if pregnant, or if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns without consulting a doctor.
• Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating.
• Do not adjust temperature or tamper with equipment.
• Always close and secure the cover after use.
• No diving, jumping, or rough play.
• Keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM (respect neighbors).
• Turn off jets after use if they are not on an automatic timer.
• Report any issues immediately.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
