Our dedicated team conducts pre-stay inspections to ensure you enjoy an impeccable experience. 🦟 Insect Precautions Although we regularly treat the property for insects and pests, please note that Florida’s subtropical climate may attract small critters. To minimize this, we kindly ask you to keep doors closed as a preventive measure. ⛽ Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty, we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
