There is a separate entrance door acessed from the side gate through the rear of the property via a lockbox. The room has NO WINDOW, but has frosted glass door leading out to the small back yard with a large 15 ft umbrella. The backyard may be shared by other guests on the premises. **We aim to improve the backyard and the gate soon! The room is 196 sqft in size including the bathroom. Our location is about 20 minutes from The Hardrock Stadium. The room is very homely, well decorated and comfortable. NO STOVE- but there is microwave with a kettle and mini fridge for convenience. *Ample storage for clothes. *Parking for a single car on the drive. * There is a ceiling fan in the room and an ADDITIONAL standing fan. ** The air-conditioning cooling operates from the Hvac in the main house and sometimes it is off) which helps with cooling. ** the EXTRACT FAN in the bathroom is very effective but is a little noisy when turned on as it operates with the light. **We aim to improve the backyard and the gate soon so please bear with us! Our guess can access the enclosed backyard and side areas and the car parking at the side. Guests have their own room, bathroom, room, mini refrigerator, microwave, kettle, access to tea and coffee, in room .
