Nestled in the heart of Miami Gardens, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, is ideally located near all of South Florida’s tourist/visitor attractions. The big back yard (corner lot) and swimming pool makes it the perfect family/friends’ getaway. Close to South Florida’s beaches, soak up the sun by the private pool, or enjoy time at the beach. Close to major airports, major highways, shopping malls. Lauderdale Beach- 19 miles This home sleeps 10 guests and is furnished with: 1 King bed (master bedroom) 2 Queen beds (bedrooms 2 & 3) 1 bunk bed and 1 full size bed (bedroom 4) Equipped with: Smart TV (will need personal access to streaming apps; Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Roku, etc.), internet and WiFi Stainless Steel appliances Coffee Machine Cookware, cooking supplies and utensils Washer/dryer Outdoor BBQ grill Pool side furniture Private parking (4 cars) Xbox One (bring your own games/account) A Door entry code will be provided within 24 hours of check-in. This code will be the same for all keyless entry locks. Parking on property. County bus, ride sharing, and city trolley available (fees may apply). FAQ: 1. Can I host parties and events on the property? No parties, gatherings, or events can be hosted on the property for the safety and respect of the guests and neighbors. The neighborhood is a family friendly neighborhood and we want the guests and neighbors to have a safe and joyful experience. Visitors are welcome but no more than 20 people (10 included on the booking and 10 visitors) should be on the property at any given time. Music should be lowered after 11pm. 2. Do I need to bring towels, linen, tissue, etc.? Towels, washcloths, beach towels, and bed linen are provided. Basic cleaning supplies (multipurpose towels, sprays, garbage bags, and dish detergent) and hand soaps are also provided. An iron and ironing board are available. Additionally, 1 roll of paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom) are supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent, body soaps and lotions, hygiene products, or hair products. Food/food products, seasonings, nor drinks are provided. 3. Is smoking allowed in the home? Smoking is not allowed in the home. Please enjoy the outdoor patio space for smoking. Remnants of smoke should not enter the home. Smoking paraphernalia should not be left in the yard. 4. Are pets welcome? Due to pet allergies, safety and cleanliness concerns by the neighbors, we do not allow pets to stay on the property. There are local shelters where they can enjoy their time in South Florida with other furry friends. 5. Is the pool heated? No. Due to South Florida’s normally warm climate, heating is not provided. *Guests will be asked to leave if parties, gatherings, excess visitors are noted on the property *Charges will be applied for pets and/or smoking in the home, smoking paraphernalia left on the property outside of designated areas, and/or damages to furnishings, decor, etc. *The sink must be free of dishes (all dishes clean and placed on drying rack), food and/or trash (including leftover soaps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.) placed in large green garbage cans outside, and used/wet towels placed in washer machine prior to leaving property to avoid additional cleaning fees. Bed linen does not need to be removed from the beds. Bed linen should not be visibly soiled. *Atleast one guest on premise 21 years and older *We recommend all guest have swimming capabilities as we are not responsible for drowning accidents. There is no lifeguard on duty. If you are unable to swim, do not go in the pool area. Kids should not be left unattended. Use pool at your own risk. *Please use the bunk beds with caution.
