Public transportation and rideshare services are easily accessible from this central Downtown location.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is handled at the building reception. Guests must provide an exact arrival time to avoid delays.
- Late check-ins may be subject to additional building policies or fees.
- Parking is available for an additional fee at a nearby garage (40 NW Third St). Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
- Only one vehicle per reservation is permitted.
- A $100 USD replacement fee applies for lost parking access cards.
- All building amenities (including pools, gym, BBQ area, etc.) operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to building policies.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Violations may result in fines or additional cleaning fees.
- No pets allowed.
- Guests may be required to present a valid government ID at check-in or during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout.
- Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.
- Food delivery services are not permitted to go directly to the unit; guests must meet deliveries at the building entrance or front desk.
- Packages may be received and retrieved at the front desk in accordance with building policies.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
