Best way is renting a car or Uber as public transportation in Miami is very slow !
The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented no loud noises outside the house after 11 pm since neighbors are sleeping ! Lots of great restaurants nearby!
Parties are not allowed .. we have cameras outside the house for your protection and ours !
The pool is clean very Wednesdays and garbage days are Monday’s and Thursdays !Also the grass is cut every other Saturday !
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
